These Terms govern your use of fastnastools.com and any purchase from FASTNAS Pty Ltd (trading as FASTNAS Tools, "FASTNAS", "we", "us"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Products & compatibility

Many FASTNAS products are compatible alternatives and are not original-equipment (OEM) products. Brand names such as Hilti, Ramset and DeWalt are trademarks of their respective owners; FASTNAS is independent and not affiliated with or endorsed by these brands. References to other brands are for compatibility identification only. Always confirm tool, fastener, substrate and site requirements before use, and follow all manufacturer and safety instructions.

Pricing & orders

Prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced or unavailable.

Safety

Powder-actuated tools and loads, and similar products, are for use by trained, licensed operators only, with the correct equipment and personal protective equipment, and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, FASTNAS is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or misuse of products purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes any rights or guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
