Refund & Returns Policy

FASTNAS Pty Ltd (trading as FASTNAS Tools) wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. This policy applies in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

30-day returns

Unused stock in its original, unopened packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or was incorrectly supplied.

Warranty

Tools and hardware are covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with the Australian Consumer Law.

Non-returnable items

For safety and regulatory reasons, powder-actuated tool loads (charges) and other dangerous goods cannot be returned once supplied, except where faulty. Custom or special-order items may also be non-returnable.

How to start a return

Email us with your order number and the reason for return. Please do not send items back before receiving return instructions. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, usually within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the returned goods.
