Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed with FASTNAS Pty Ltd (trading as FASTNAS Tools) through fastnastools.com.

Processing & dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched from our warehouse on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Delivery

We ship Australia-wide and worldwide. Delivery timeframes depend on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated transit times and shipping costs are shown at checkout before payment.

International orders, duties & taxes

For international orders, any import duties, taxes or customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and, where applicable, are calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery times for international orders may vary due to customs processing.
